Nope... potatoes hadn't made it back to the north part of the Americas at that time. We can be thankful we have them now, though. :)
ReplyDeleteI am thankful! I just stocked up on 10# bags of baking potatoes at Safeway for 99 cents each bag. I have 50 pounds now...that should be plenty for Thanksgiving! :)
